Artists Must Observe the Following Rules:
Please submit 3 photos for the category you wish to be judged in. All work must be original work by you. Email your photos to: email@example.com Subject: Art Show Photos. Include your name, phone and email address. Paula will forward them to the committee and you will be emailed the results.
The pavilion is covered and a tent is not needed.
You are responsible for your own display and the loading and unloading of your equipment. You are responsible for your own table and chairs if required for your booth.
This is a Juried Art Show. There will be a monetary award paid by check to the winners from the City of Pelham.
Palooza in the Park is a city-sponsored event; a city business license is not required for participation.
Booth installation begins at 7:00 AM on the day of the show and must be completed by 10:00 AM. There will be NO installation prior to Saturday morning. Your booth must remain installed until 4:00 PM on the day of the show.
This is a Family Event. All art displayed should be considered acceptable to all ages. The City of Pelham reserves the right to refuse or remove any organization, vendor or product from the event for any reason. Booth rentals are non-refundable.
No alcohol or tobacco is allowed at the Palooza.
Sales Tax: All Artists will be furnished forms to pay appropriate State, County and City Sales Tax. Your information will be furnished to each taxing authority. It is your responsibility to pay all tax to the appropriate entity.
Reservation deadline is April 26, 2019. Total payment must be received by this time. No refunds if your application is accepted, for any reason. Any reservation received after this date will be placed on a waiting list, pending availability.
Booth assignments will be available on May 17, 2019. Please do not call prior to this date.
Vendors shall be solely responsible for the safe, clean disposal of all trash and for any damages caused by the vendor or vendor’s employees to all buildings, grounds, person or person’s property and shall indemnify and hold the City of Pelham or the Palooza in the Park Committee harmless from such damages, claims, injury or defense costs.
Non-Food Vendors are NOT allowed to sell or give away water/drinks or food products.
Vendors assume all risks of property damage, property loss an all risk of physical injury.
This document is a binding agreement between the Artist and the City of Pelham. The City of Pelham may accept or decline any application with disclosure of reason.
